- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.
- Return the item in its original packaging.
4. Return costs
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
- Glowzyshop does not cover any loss or damage incurred during return.
5. Refunds
- Once the item is returned and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
- If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
